Mark welcomes the news that local unemployment figures for April are down by 107 since the month before. Nevertheless, the local MP maintains that figures are still too high.

 

17th May 2012

 Mark today (15th May 2012) attended an event at the House of Commons to show his support for people suffering from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E.). The event was organised by Action for M.E., the leading UK charity for sufferers and their carers. The event comes during M.E. awareness month and marks the charity's campaign, Time for Action. This campaign aims to draw attention to the ignorance, injustice and neglect surrounding this illness.

 

9th May 2012

 After the huge success of the first Wyre Forest Jobs Fair, Mark Garnier has announced the date for another: 20th September 2012 in Kidderminster Town Hall. The exact time is yet to be confirmed.
